Creamy Garlic Chicken

This creamy garlic chicken is perfect for a weeknight dinner or a special occasion. It's easy to make, and the creamy garlic sauce is sure to please everyone at the table.

Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1.5 cups Grated, Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through. Transfer chicken to a plate and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, for about 1-2 minutes.
  • Add chicken broth to the skillet and stir, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
  • Add heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
  • Let the sauce simmer for about 5-6 minutes, or until it thickens.
  • Return chicken breasts to the skillet and spoon the sauce over them.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with your choice of sides.
