Creamy Garlic Chicken
This creamy garlic chicken is perfect for a weeknight dinner or a special occasion. It's easy to make, and the creamy garlic sauce is sure to please everyone at the table.

Ingredients
- 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1.5 cups Grated, Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through. Transfer chicken to a plate and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, for about 1-2 minutes.
- Add chicken broth to the skillet and stir, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
- Add heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
- Let the sauce simmer for about 5-6 minutes, or until it thickens.
- Return chicken breasts to the skillet and spoon the sauce over them.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with your choice of sides.
