Ingredients

  • 2 cans Crescent Rolls (can use 1 pie crust)
  • 1-2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 1 bag Doritos
  • 1-2 pkgs Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 stick Butter, Melted

Instructions

  • Set oven to 400 degrees
  • Cook the ground beef like you would for tacos
  • Lay crescent rolls out in pie pan or use the pie crust
  • Drain ground beef, add taco seasoning
  • Crush up 1/2 the bag of doritos, then add to the bottom of the pie pan
  • Add ground beef to pie pan
  • Mix the sour cream and salsa together, then add on top of beef
  • Add the cheese
  • Add the rest of the bag of crushed Doritos
  • Pour the melted butter over the top of the pie
  • Cook for 20 min until golden brown

Notes

We use the pie crust instead of the crescent rolls.  It seems to hold together better as you are getting it out of the pan.
