No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake Bars
Ingredients
- 24 Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Additional Oreo cookies for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal. Set aside.
- In a food processor, crush 24 Oreo cookies until they resemble fine crumbs.
- In a medium bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs with melted butter and stir until well combined.
- Press the Oreo mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form the crust.
